2. Data we process

• Telegram identifiers (user ID, username, name, interface language);
• the name you choose to be addressed by;
• birth data for astrological calculations: date, time and place (city) of birth;
• e-mail and password (stored hashed) if you register on the website;
• the content of your messages and requests;
• payment and subscription data (the fact of payment, plan, term; card details are never sent to or stored by us — they are handled by the payment provider);
• technical data (session cookies, log data).

3. Purposes

• providing the service (personal forecasts, calculations, chat, PDF reports);
• processing payments and managing subscriptions and their renewal;
• sending service-related notifications (forecasts, alerts, billing reminders);
• user support and service improvement.

4. Legal basis

We process data based on your consent and on the performance of the contract (Terms of Service) to which you are a party.

5. Sharing with third parties

To operate the service, data may be shared with the following processors, only to the extent necessary:

• Telegram — message delivery and Telegram Stars payments;
• AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) — generating response texts;
• Payment providers (Telegram Stars; YooKassa for card payments) — processing and renewing payments;
• geocoding services and the hosting provider.

6. International transfers

Some processors (e.g. AI model providers) are located outside your country, including the United States. By using the service you consent to such transfers where necessary to provide it.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as you use the service and until you withdraw consent. Upon account deletion or withdrawal of consent, data is deleted or anonymised, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g. payment records).

8. Your rights

• access information about the processing of your data;
• request correction, restriction or deletion of your data;
• withdraw consent at any time by emailing the controller;
• where applicable, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: passwords are stored hashed, access is restricted, and data is transmitted over HTTPS.

The website uses essential cookies required for authentication and sessions. By continuing to use the site you agree to their use.
