Terms of Service

1. Definitions

Provider — a self-employed individual provider (details at the end of this document). User — the individual using the service. Service — the "Madame Celeste" software product available at madameceleste.ru and via Telegram bots, providing informational and entertainment astrology services.

2. Subject

The Provider grants the User access to the Service's features: personal astrological forecasts and calculations, dialogue with a virtual consultant, PDF reports ("Book of Destiny"), and notifications, on a one-time or subscription basis.

3. Nature of the service

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Its content is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, guarantees no particular outcome, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. The User is solely responsible for decisions made based on the Service.

4. Plans and payment

Current plans and prices are shown in the Service. Payments are processed via Telegram Stars or, for card payments, via YooKassa. The service is deemed delivered once access is granted.

5. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

A subscription grants unlimited access to the features of the corresponding plan for the subscription term.

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
• For Telegram Stars, monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days via Telegram; you can manage or cancel them in Telegram's subscription settings.
• For card payments, renewal is charged automatically to your saved payment method via YooKassa.
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time — with the /cancel command in the bot, via Telegram subscription settings (for Stars), or by emailing the Provider. Access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

6. Refunds

As digital access is granted immediately, a started subscription period is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. For refund questions, contact the Provider; disputes are reviewed individually.

7. Rights and obligations

The User agrees to provide accurate data and not to misuse or disrupt the Service. The Provider will grant access to paid features and make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties (Telegram, payment systems, AI providers, hosting) or for decisions made by the User based on the Service.

9. Intellectual property

All Service materials, including texts, design and code, belong to the Provider. Materials generated for the User are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Final provisions

The Provider may amend these Terms; the current version is published at this address.
